Draycott Mill is a Grade II, listed former mill building, which was converted into apartments and businesses and which is managed by an Estate Manager.
We were asked to re-paint all the windows and doors over 2 floors in keeping with the colour scheme.
Our team of painters rubbed down all the flaking and loose paint and re-placed any putties where required, and then painted all metalwork items with steel and cladding paint in a British Standard red colours, as required for the listed property.
The timber items (doors etc) were rubbed back and painted in the same colour but using Dulux Weathershield System products for durability.
The masonry areas were rubbed back, cleaned down to remove any loose paint where necessary and painted with Pliolite masonry paint for durability in the colour scheme to match the existing.
The works were completed to the satisfaction of the management company, and the individual owners were delighted with the results. |
