Garage conversion to utility room:

Our customer asked us to prep and paint out a recently-converted garage into utility room area.The fundamental concept behind this design centred on maximizing natural illumination throughout the space, creating an atmosphere that feels open, bright, and welcoming. At the same time, we wanted to achieve a contemporary aesthetic that would give the room a bold, sophisticated edge. To accomplish this vision, we incorporated clean, geometric straight lines that provide visual structure and modern appeal, paired with a striking monochrome colour palette that delivers timeless elegance and dramatic contrast. The execution of this design approach proved to be highly successful, with every element coming together harmoniously to create exactly the atmosphere we envisioned. Most importantly, the end result left our customer thoroughly delighted with their newly transformed space.
